This stuff is amazingly granular, and has some spiffy reporting. However, it’s less than intuitive to get setup. Once you get past the learning curve though, what configurability!
This guy’s link helped out tremendously, importantly, it was a secondary poster whom commented on adjusting the scope to be custom scopes.

I was having problems getting the MS vlab to submit records. This was because I needed the source document library to populate the column (at least for the lab, though so far in a real environment I get prompted to adjust the column data)

I’m trying to think of a study I can carry out as part of my coursework. So far I’ve considered doing one on the bus I travel in to work on. I may record the number of people whom use a mobile device, and their sex, and whether they:
Talk on the phone, and if so, do they talk loudly
Use the phone for texting, or online data access
I still have yet to research whether any comparitive studies have been carried out, and when. My expectation is that if there is, we may see a correlation towards people using their mobile device in more passive ways (ie texting and web access).
